We are looking to add a Recruiter to our staff. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of duties, from attracting and selecting new personnel to supporting the retention of current team members.

The hourly wage is $21 to $23, depending on experience.

Candidates must have prior recruiting experience within a staffing agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, source, and conduct interviews with prospective candidates.
• Facilitate the onboarding and training process for new hires.
• Promote and uphold the company\'s culture, core values, and policies.
• Prepare and submit reports and documentation as requested by management.
• Organize initiatives and events that acknowledge employee contributions.
• Keep employee records updated and accurate.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience in the staffing sector, with a preference for background in light industrial staffing.
• Must be able to establish positive relationships with all staff members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
• Must possess strong organizational abilities.
• Excellent skills in both written and spoken communication are required.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.
