Customer Service Position for State Farm Insurance in Northridge

State Farm Insurance is currently hiring for a full-time position within our office. The ideal candidate will be available to work a standard 40-hour week on-site. Proficiency in Spanish or Tagalog (Filipino) is advantageous, though not a mandatory requirement.
Candidates must possess an active Fire and Casualty (Personal Lines) Insurance License. Additionally, a Life and Health License is required, and applicants must be prepared to successfully pass the necessary examinations.
Prior experience with State Farm\'s proprietary computer systems is preferred; however, comprehensive training will be provided for the right individual. The primary responsibility of this role involves servicing a well-established, long-term book of business.
The compensation for this position ranges from $24 to $26 per hour, based on relevant experience, and includes opportunities for additional bonus and commission earnings. We are seeking a professional with excellent customer service skills, capable of effectively managing, servicing, and retaining our existing client base.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to foster and maintain professional business relationships with policyholders, colleagues, and associates in a collaborative team environment.
