Position: Customer Service Representative for a Construction Firm
Location: Woodland Hills, CA
Schedule:
- Monday through Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming phone calls and email correspondence.
- Examine and process contracts.
- Initiate new project files and maintain electronic records within the CRM system (QuickBase).
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments.
Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the home improvement sector is advantageous.
- Strong ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and prioritize duties.
- Must be highly organized and attentive to details.
- Comfortable and proficient with computer systems.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service role.
Compensation: $22 to $25 per hour, contingent upon relevant experience.
