ABOUT THE ROLE

Rinse is looking for a dependable and meticulous Dry Cleaning Attendant. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding customer service abilities and hands-on experience in garment care, stain treatment, pressing, and clothing assembly. Proficiency with point-of-sale or invoicing software, technological aptitude, strong communication skills, and a receptive attitude toward coaching are strongly desired.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL….

• Examine, categorize, and label clothing items precisely and carefully.
• Utilize point-of-sale, invoicing, and internal tracking systems to log and oversee individual customer orders.
• For candidates with relevant expertise: perform spot cleaning on stained garments and press items accurately, maintaining a focus on quality assurance throughout each step.
• Reassemble garments post-cleaning, ensuring orders are complete and correct.
• Keep the work area tidy, orderly, and hazard-free.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, handling inquiries or issues with a professional and understanding manner.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company regulations.

AS THE IDEAL CANDIDATE, YOU HAVE…

• A strong focus on customer satisfaction and a detail-oriented approach are essential.
• Familiarity with POS systems, invoicing software, and data-tracking applications is advantageous.
• Superb communication skills and the capacity to work well within a team.
• Being receptive to guidance, open to constructive feedback, and motivated to develop and advance within the organization.
• Previous background in dry cleaning or laundry services is a plus.
• Capability to remain on your feet for extended durations and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Access to a personal smartphone and the ability to operate a company-specific application.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, which may include weekends when necessary.
