1099 Independent Contractor Position

This position is available to start immediately and operates within a fast-paced environment.

The role involves delivering truck parts throughout the Los Angeles metropolitan area using a company-provided full-size cargo van. Deliveries will be made from a local truck distributor to customers within the LA metro region. The daily route begins and ends in Whittier, with a base zip code of 90601.

The work schedule is fixed as follows:

• Monday through Friday
• 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
• Part-time hours are not available for this role.

The compensation is set at $150 per day, which equates to approximately $750 for a standard five-day work week. Settlements are processed and distributed on a bi-weekly basis.

All candidates must successfully pass a 4-panel drug screen, which tests for hard drugs only, and a standard background check.

Requirements:

• Must be a licensed driver in the United States; residence in or near Whittier for 7 years is preferred.
• Prior experience with supervised delivery routes is necessary.
• Must be comfortable and confident operating a full-size cargo van.
• A valid California driver\'s license is mandatory; out-of-state licenses are not accepted.
• Excellent customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing between 50 and 75 pounds for short distances, required every other day.
