We are a wholesale company specializing in young contemporary women\'s apparel, situated in the Fashion District close to Downtown Los Angeles. Our Customer Service Department is seeking a personable and competent individual to become a new team member.

No prior experience is necessary, as we are committed to providing comprehensive training.

Job Type

Full-Time Position

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Job Description

  • Respond to customer phone calls and email messages.
  • Manage and update customer account information.
  • Handle customer inquiries, including order processing and follow-up.

Qualifications

  • Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute and fundamental PC computer skills are required.
  • A courteous demeanor and excellent telephone etiquette are essential.
  • Must communicate professionally in both speech and writing.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Must be detail-focused and maintain an organized workflow.
  • Candidate must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
