Full-Time Dry Cleaning Counter and Customer Service Representative in Marina Del Rey

A long-standing family-operated dry cleaning establishment located in Marina Del Rey is seeking a Full Time employee (32-40 hours per week) to help with various tasks related to dry cleaning operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Providing customer service, working the counter, and handling cashier duties.
• Sorting and arranging customer orders.
• Meticulously tagging garments—including checking pants and jacket pockets for potentially damaging items like lipstick, lighters, or pens. Applying protective foil or coverings for garments with delicate buttons (identifying delicate buttons is necessary).
• Examining clothing for stains, wrinkles, or any damage.
• Carefully assembling and hanging finished garments.
• Bagging orders that are ready for pickup.
• Maintaining an orderly supply area and workstation.
• Ability to communicate in conversational English is essential.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a dry cleaners is strongly favored.
• A positive, courteous, and professional demeanor.
