Lyneer Staffing Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic and personable Customer Service Representative to join their team in San Fernando, California. This position involves collaborating with a skilled group of recruiters to source potential candidates, evaluate resumes, coordinate interview schedules, and conduct candidate assessments. Sourcing methods will include utilizing online job platforms, employee referrals, professional networking gatherings, and various social media channels.

Primary Duties

• Identify potential hires using job boards, referrals, social media platforms, and networking opportunities.
• Perform initial screening interviews via phone and in person to evaluate applicant qualifications and cultural fit.
• Screen submitted resumes and arrange subsequent interviews with the relevant hiring managers or client contacts.
• Articulate job responsibilities, requirements, and company expectations clearly to prospective employees.
• Develop and sustain positive relationships with candidates through all stages of the recruitment process.
• Implement industry-recognized recruiting standards to ensure a professional and respectful candidate journey.

Qualifications

• Must be fully proficient in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
• Two to four years of prior experience in a customer service role.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to handle several tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the aptitude to excel in a dynamic, fast-moving workplace.

Compensation & Hours

Pay Rate: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
