We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Property and Casualty Insurance Sales Agent to become a member of our agency. This position involves engaging with potential clients, evaluating their requirements, and providing tailored insurance solutions that align with their financial situation and personal circumstances.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities by reaching out to leads via telephone, electronic mail, and personal referrals.
- Evaluate client insurance requirements and suggest suitable coverage plans.
- Prepare quotations, clarify policy details, and finalize sales agreements.
- Cultivate and sustain positive client relationships through outstanding service and consistent follow-up.
- Achieve or surpass established monthly sales objectives and agency performance benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is desirable; background in insurance is advantageous.
- Possession of a valid California Property and Casualty insurance license is required.
- Superior communication and negotiation abilities.
- Must be self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Spanish is essential.
