Job Description

Assignments typically involve visiting a client\'s home 1 to 2 times per day for a period of 1 to 14 consecutive days. Each visit generally lasts between 20 and 90 minutes. Responsibilities include feeding pets, walking dogs, cleaning up after animals, watering plants, collecting mail, and similar tasks while clients are away traveling or at work. Opportunities for occasional overnight stays and boarding pets in your own home are considered advantageous.

Requirements for LA Pet Sitters

• Must possess a genuine passion and solid understanding of caring for cats, dogs, and other animals.
• Need reliable transportation (ideally suitable for pets), with a current driver\'s license and valid insurance.
• Must respond quickly to emails and text messages.
• Able to commit to working with the company at least through November 2026.
• Available to work on weekends and holidays.
• Willing to cover a variety of visits scheduled for mornings, afternoons, evenings, and overnights.
• Must successfully pass a criminal and background check.
• Previous experience administering oral or injectable medication to cats and dogs is a beneficial asset.

Working hours fluctuate each day. The average rate of pay is $24 per hour.
