Qualifications:

• A minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units (or currently in the process of completing them)
• Infant and Toddler coursework is a plus
• Prior experience working with infants aged 0 to 18 months
• A warm, patient, and reliable disposition
• Ability to work collaboratively and an openness to the Montessori approach (training can be provided as necessary)
