Role Overview

The ideal candidate will be a driven, results-focused professional with a strong sense of organization and a dedication to client satisfaction. Essential skills include managing multiple projects simultaneously, communicating effectively with clients, trade contractors, and team members, and a steadfast commitment to delivering projects on schedule and within budget. Working in close collaboration with design and construction teams, the Project Manager will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Compile scopes of work, lead value engineering efforts, and prepare estimates and proposals.
  • Procure necessary materials, vendors, and subcontractors for each project. Identify decision-making gaps and present viable solutions and recommendations.
  • Oversee and manage project budgets and change orders effectively.
  • Maintain, drive, and track project schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • Provide quality control and technical guidance as required.
  • Identify opportunities for project enhancement through alternative products and vendor sources.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and nurture strong relationships with project partners.
  • Conduct regular project reviews to guarantee quality and adherence to company construction standards.
  • Schedule and oversee employees, trade contractors, and material deliveries.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years of construction project management experience, including oversight of production.
  • Demonstrated track record of completing projects on time and within budget.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural plan sets.
  • Technical knowledge of residential and construction codes, project sequencing, and industry best practices.
  • Ability to collect data, prepare reports, and communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Hands-on experience with complex, high-end residential projects.
  • Provable dedication to quality construction and client satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including scheduling with MS Project.

The offered pay range is contingent upon qualifications. Final placement within this range will consider factors such as education, relevant qualifications, project complexity, and prior experience. Compensation: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
