Personal Assistant Position: Weekly Monday Shift

This role offers $23 per hour and requires availability every Monday from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Applications are open to female candidates only. The position is well-suited for individuals in creative fields, such as actors, who are seeking a consistent weekly commitment.

I am a full-time influencer and content creator seeking a dependable, organized, and meticulous female personal assistant. The primary focus of this role is to assist with household duties, run errands, and provide general life management support. Work will primarily take place within my residence in Hollywood, with occasional tasks requiring travel around the Los Angeles area. As a female employer, I am most at ease collaborating with other women, especially given that the majority of responsibilities will be performed within my home.

A prerequisite for this position is your willingness to sign a standard non-disclosure agreement. This is to ensure the privacy and safety of information concerning my address, schedule, and personal details.

Role Overview

• Basic home organization and light cleaning, including tidying up, laundry, changing bed linens, and taking out trash.
• Meal preparation and managing routine weekly household tasks.
• Collecting packages, replenishing household essentials, and maintaining general home tidiness.
• Running occasional errands, such as picking up prescriptions, grocery items, or handling car maintenance.
• Providing airport pickup and drop-off services approximately once or twice per month.
• Assisting with appointment scheduling and conducting light online research.
• Caring for a cat, which involves feeding, refreshing the water bowl, and managing the litter box.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, discreet, and proactive, with the ability to work independently on small tasks and maintain weekly and monthly checklists. You will be responsible for monitoring certain items and either notifying me or handling them directly. Examples include scheduling vehicle oil changes, replacing air filters, and restocking pantry or cleaning supplies when they are low.

Requirements

• Must identify as female.
• Must possess a valid driver\'s license and have consistent access to a vehicle.
• Must be available every Monday from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
• Must be detail-oriented, trustworthy, and organized.
• Must be comfortable around pets.
• Must be willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
• Must be able to commute to the Hollywood area.

Previous experience in roles such as personal assisting, nannying, hospitality, or similar fields is considered beneficial.
