We are in search of an individual interested in adaptable, part-time employment to assist with the upkeep, repair, and enhancement of a compact residence and garden in Silverlake.

Essential Requirements:

• Must possess prior relevant work history and provide references.
• Must reside in the immediate vicinity of Silverlake.
• Must have consistent and dependable personal transportation.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform light domestic tasks such as washing dishes, doing laundry, and ironing.
• Organize and tidy indoor areas and the outdoor yard.
• Care for household plants and garden vegetation.
• Execute repairs on assorted household items and garments.
• Conduct minor interior and exterior maintenance, including painting.

Please note: Depending on your specific abilities, there may be an opportunity for some supplementary remote tasks.

The weekly schedule will fluctuate, averaging between 4 to 6 hours per week. Work will typically occur between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM. As daily on-site presence will generally not surpass 2 to 3 hours, commuting from a distance greater than a few miles is not considered practical.
