Three-Month Temporary Accounts Receivable Position (El Segundo)

We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable professional for a three-month temporary assignment with an aerospace components manufacturer located in El Segundo. This position offers a rate of $30 to $34 per hour and represents a dynamic opportunity for an individual who excels in a fast-paced setting, is adept at problem-solving, and values precision in maintaining organized and current accounts receivable records.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will be a meticulous AR specialist with a strong background in customer collections, account reconciliation, and managing aging reports. Primary duties will involve managing the complete collections process. This includes identifying and reaching out to clients with overdue balances, arranging payment plans, and meticulously recording all communications and subsequent actions. Success in this role requires clear communication skills, the ability to discuss contractual terms with clients, and maintaining a professional demeanor during sensitive financial discussions.

Key Responsibilities

• Work in partnership with Operations, Sales, and Finance departments to reduce financial exposure, address unresolved matters, and guarantee precise reporting.
• Respond to accounts receivable inquiries and manage account updates via telephone and written communication.
• Prepare detailed account analyses and ensure all records and documentation are systematically organized.
• Enter new part numbers into the Oracle Item Inventory Module.
• Participate in special projects and support departmental improvement initiatives.
