Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Bookkeeping Clerk to become part of our expanding team within the fashion and apparel sector. This position is perfect for an individual who has an affinity for numerical work, prioritizes accuracy, and can excel in a dynamic setting. Your primary duty will be to uphold precise financial records and aid in accounting functions to facilitate the seamless operation of our business.

Primary Duties

• Uphold accurate financial records and execute standard bookkeeping tasks.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Provide assistance with data entry in QuickBooks.
• Work cooperatively with the sales and operations departments on finance-related activities.

Qualifications

• One to three years of prior experience in bookkeeping or financial record maintenance.
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks and the Microsoft Office Suite, with particular skill in Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to precision.
• Capable of effective time management and meeting established deadlines.
• Previous experience within the fashion or garment industry is considered advantageous.
• Spanish language skills are beneficial but not mandatory.
