We are an expanding subprime auto finance firm with a team of eighty employees and eight managers. Our company handles a substantial portfolio of clients and is seeking an experienced senior leader to leverage data analytics in order to minimize losses, enhance operational processes, and stimulate business growth.

Role Overview

In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the company\'s operations and management while spearheading data analytics projects. Your primary focus will involve analyzing extensive customer and loan data to pinpoint loss areas, discover operational inefficiencies, and suggest corrective measures. Additionally, you will manage department heads to ensure their activities are aligned with the organization\'s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct data analytics efforts across all departments, utilizing loan and customer information to enhance overall performance.
• Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to track defaults, collections, recoveries, and staff productivity.
• Determine the fundamental causes of financial losses and recommend practical solutions.
• Supervise eight managers and provide guidance to a workforce of eighty employees.
• Collaborate with underwriting, servicing, and collections teams to refine credit risk policies.
• Guarantee adherence to all applicable lending laws and regulations.
• Lead strategic projects aimed at boosting efficiency, profitability, and customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Data Analytics is mandatory.
• An MBA or a Master\'s degree in Data Analytics or Data Science is desirable.
• Ten to fifteen years of professional experience within the financial services sector.
• Demonstrated leadership background managing sizable teams of fifty or more staff members.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python or R, Power BI or Tableau, and Excel.
• A proven history of using analytics to improve loss ratios and operational effectiveness.
• Outstanding communication and leadership abilities.
