Primary Duties

  • Oversee the complete bookkeeping cycle, which encompasses managing accounts payable and receivable, performing bank reconciliations, and maintaining the general ledger.
  • Accurately and promptly handle invoices, payments, and expenditures utilizing QuickBooks Online software.
  • Generate financial reports, statements, and summaries for managerial assessment.
  • Guarantee adherence to established accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal control procedures.
  • Provide support during month-end and year-end closing operations.
  • Work cooperatively with colleagues to enhance and improve financial workflows.
