Position Details

• Compensation: Starting at $60,000 annually.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous professional experience is mandatory.
• Proficiency in a wide range of accounting functions is required, including: 1099 forms, sales tax preparation, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger management, balance sheet preparation, tax return filing (including Form 1040, K-1, S-Corp, and LLC returns), account reconciliations, and tax code compliance.
• A solid grasp of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and current tax regulations is essential.
• Candidates must be skilled in using QuickBooks Enterprise and Microsoft Excel, among other relevant software.
• A degree in accounting from an accredited U.S. university or college is required.
• Fluency in spoken and written English is necessary.
