Required Availability

Must be available to work on weekends. Must have availability from Thursday through Sunday.

Line Cook Position

• Practical experience cooking breakfast and brunch services.
• Proficiency with flat top grills and sauté stations, including skill in preparing pancakes and eggs.
• Ability to read, organize, execute, and complete tickets on the line independently, without expo assistance.
• Garde-Manger experience and the capability to plate visually appealing dishes quickly under pressure.
• Strong multi-tasking skills to balance preparing mise en place during service with fulfilling orders.
• High cleanliness standards and competence in performing opening and closing duties to company specifications.
• Familiarity with vegan and vegetarian cuisine is a plus.
• Breakfast experience is mandatory.
• Food safety knowledge and a current ServSafe Food Handler\'s Certification are required.

Prep Cook Position

• Hands-on experience in a scratch kitchen preparing sauces, spreads, dressings, dry goods (such as brittles, toasted nuts/seeds, granolas), and large-batch recipes. This role demands multitasking, time management, and attention to detail.
• Proficient culinary techniques: knife skills and operation of equipment including blenders, food processors, juicers, induction burners, and ovens.
• Capability to perform basic math, conversions, measurements, and scale recipes as necessary.
• Ability to independently finish a detailed prep list.
• High cleanliness standards and competence in performing opening and closing duties to company specifications.
• Familiarity with vegan and vegetarian cuisine is a plus.
• Food safety knowledge and a current ServSafe Food Handler\'s Certification are required.

General Job Requirements

• Morning and daytime shift availability.
• Must be physically capable of bending, stooping, reaching, and working at a steady pace. Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand for extended durations, work safely, follow instructions, and communicate effectively with supervisors.

Experience Needed

Minimum of two years in a high-volume restaurant environment.
