ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking enthusiastic, professional, and guest-oriented banquet servers to enhance our event operations. Your duties will include preparing event spaces, providing table service, managing food and beverage details, and ensuring a refined and hospitable atmosphere for all attendees.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare banquet halls by arranging tables, linens, and service areas.
  • Deliver courteous and attentive food and beverage service.
  • Serve plated meals, replenish drinks, and clear tables during events.
  • Uphold cleanliness and order throughout the function.
  • Assist with post-event cleanup and closing tasks.
  • Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and service protocols.
  • Collaborate effectively with supervisors, leads, and culinary team members.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be available to work weekends.
  • Prior experience in banquet or restaurant service is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Capable of lifting 25 to 30 pounds and standing for extended durations.
  • Professional demeanor and a constructive outlook.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • Dependable transportation and a commitment to punctuality.
