Le Coupé is seeking an experienced and dependable Line Cook to become part of our close-knit, high-caliber team. We operate a scratch kitchen, celebrated for our acclaimed fried chicken, fresh components, and a dynamic, chef-oriented atmosphere. If you excel in a culinary setting that prioritizes accuracy, collaboration, and uniformity, this role is ideal for you.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience frying chicken and managing a busy hot line.
• Background in a scratch kitchen environment, where all items are prepared on-site.
• Proficient knife skills for tasks such as breaking down chicken and chopping herbs.
• Capability to read, comprehend, and follow recipes precisely.
• Dedication to using fresh, never frozen, ingredients.
• English language proficiency for effective team and management communication is essential.
• Dependability, including arriving prepared and punctually for shifts.
• An interest in advancing professionally as the company grows.

Schedule:

Afternoon and evening shifts, typically from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM or 10:00 PM, with some flexibility.

• Competitive hourly wage of $20 to $23, supplemented by tips. Tips generally add an extra $5 to $9+ per hour, varying weekly.
