Tartine Bakery, located in the Hollywood/Sycamore area, is seeking a full-time line cook. The position offers morning hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Compensation ranges from $19.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience, with additional tip earnings.

WE ARE HIRING AN EXPERIENCED FULL-TIME LINE COOK FOR THE MORNING SHIFT, PAYING $20.00 PER HOUR PLUS TIPS, WITH A SCHEDULE FROM 8:00 AM TO 4:30 PM.

Job Summary

Working alongside the chef de cuisine and sous chefs, the successful candidate will be responsible for all elements of food preparation, dish execution, service of menu items, product maintenance, and completing necessary cleaning and kitchen organization duties.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain an impeccably clean preparation area and assist in upholding the cleanliness of walk-in coolers and storage spaces.
• Prepare menu items in a timely manner while ensuring consistent quality and adherence to recipes.
• Complete all opening, closing, and shift side work duties for your assigned station.
• Demonstrate flexibility and a team-oriented attitude by assisting in other kitchen areas as required.
