A restaurant group located on the Westside of Los Angeles is seeking Shift Leads and Hourly Managers to become part of our team. We manage several different dining concepts, presenting an excellent chance for individuals aiming to acquire experience, advance into a more significant position, or develop into a multi-unit leadership role.

Desired Qualifications

• Applicants must have adaptable schedules, with full availability on weekends and evenings.
• Background in restaurant operations is required; experience in both quick-service and full-service environments is viewed favorably.
• Knowledge of front-of-house systems, including fundamental scheduling, inventory management, maintenance procedures, adherence to standard operating protocols, and health code regulations. Training will be provided for eager and motivated individuals.
• A focus on hospitality and a dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Readiness to engage in hands-on work encompassing administrative duties, customer interaction, cleaning, maintenance, and all related tasks.

Compensation

Pay is hourly, determined by experience, and includes tips. Opportunities for performance-based pay adjustments are available following reviews at 30, 60, and 90 days.
