Assistant Head Chef / Line Chef for Italian Restaurant

Schedule: Three dinner shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and two lunch shifts.

We are seeking a Second Head Chef with experience in Italian cuisine.
Compensation: $23 per hour or a salary arrangement.

The Second Head Chef will work alongside the Head Chef and will assume the Head Chef\'s responsibilities on their days off. The ideal candidate must be capable of working all kitchen stations, training new cooks, and creating weekly specials.
