PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare or oversee the preparation of menu items following established procedures and systems.
- Calculate required quantities of food and supplies using production systems.
- Schedule food production to align with service times, preserving optimal quality, temperature, and presentation.
- Keep accurate daily production documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with all colleagues; execute duties with minimal oversight, exercising sound judgment.
REQUIRED EXPERTISE:
- Restaurant operations
- Food safety and sanitation standards
- High-quality customer service
- Safe workplace practices and protocols
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or GED plus 2–3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent blend of education, training, and demonstrated capability.
- Current ServSafe or other accredited Food Handler Certification.

DUTIES TO BE PERFORMED:
- Prepare or direct the preparation of food served using established production procedures and systems.
- Determine the amount and type of food and supplies needed using production systems.
- Plan food production to coordinate with meal service hours, maintaining the quality, temperature, and appearance of food.
- Maintain daily production records.
- Cooperate and work alongside all coworkers; plan and complete job duties with minimal supervisory direction, including appropriate judgment.
SOLID KNOWLEDGE OF:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED and 2–3 years of related work experience, or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience demonstrating the ability to perform the position\'s duties.
