About This Job

A fast-paced fast-casual dining establishment is seeking dependable individuals to join its team. Both part-time and full-time positions are available to start right away.

Position and Compensation

Role: Crew Member with potential to advance to Shift Lead
Wage: $17.87 per hour, plus tips
Weekly Hours: 20 to 40
Shift Options: Day shift (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) or night shift (5:00 PM to 1:00 AM)
Pay Schedule: Every two weeks via direct deposit

Primary Duties

• Assemble sandwiches, batter chicken, and slice bread.
• Manage the fryer and announce completed orders.
• Deliver friendly and efficient customer service.
• Ensure the work area remains clean and orderly.
• Handle items weighing between 25 and 35 pounds.

Previous experience is beneficial, but comprehensive training will be provided.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to learn quickly.
• Available to work day shifts, night shifts, or both.
• Must have consistent transportation.
• Background in food service or customer service is preferred.
