Requirements and Responsibilities

• Prior experience is advantageous, though not a mandatory condition for application.
• All applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Superior customer service abilities and a professional demeanor when interacting with patrons are essential.
• The role requires the capability to manage multiple tasks and establish priorities within a bustling, fast-paced setting.
• Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and on holidays is necessary, as dictated by business needs.
• Must remain composed and apply sound judgment when dealing with potentially stressful situations.
• Fulfilling customer requests promptly and efficiently is a key duty.
• Verifying customer identification to ensure compliance with legal age regulations for alcohol service.
• Maintaining a clean and hygienic environment by sanitizing the bar, tables, chairs, and all work areas.
• Keeping the bar area well-organized to facilitate efficient drink preparation and inventory management.
• Preparing drink garnishes, which includes slicing, pitting, and cutting fruit.
• Adhering to all relevant food and beverage health and safety regulations.
• Promoting responsible alcohol consumption and intervening to prevent inappropriate behavior among patrons.
