Kitchen Work Available (Back of House) (Westchester/Inglewood/Los Angeles, Near LAX)

About This Job

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our kitchen team. Candidates must be capable of lifting at least 50 pounds and maintain a positive attitude. Following training, the position offers 40 or more hours per week, from Monday through Saturday, with availability required between 10:00 AM and 9:00 PM. The pay rate is $18 to $20 per hour, plus tips. Tips typically add an additional $1.75 to $2 per hour. Wages are paid weekly via check, while tips are distributed in cash.

The role requires a willingness to perform all kitchen tasks. We operate as a team, assisting wherever needed. Over time, the person we hire will perform the same duties as the rest of the kitchen staff. This includes washing pans, food preparation and cleaning, and cooking various pasta dishes. We expect that, in time, all kitchen staff will rotate through preparation, cooking, pan washing, and cleaning duties.

Our restaurant is situated near Westchester and Inglewood, at the intersection of La Tijera and Centinela. It is a small, casual fast-casual pasta establishment that has been open for two years.
