We are launching a new sandwich shop and seeking an experienced Sandwich Chef with a genuine enthusiasm for quality ingredients, vibrant flavors, and meticulous preparation.

Desired Qualifications:

• Background in a professional kitchen, ideally within a sandwich or café setting
• Proficiency in preparing house-made sauces and spreads such as pesto, aioli, and vinaigrettes
• Capable of producing high-standard sandwiches with consistent quality and precision
• A leadership-oriented individual able to direct, instruct, and motivate a compact kitchen crew
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management abilities
• Dedicated to upholding cleanliness, safety protocols, and delivering a superior customer experience

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage daily kitchen activities in a busy, congenial setting
• Supervise preparation tasks, recipe adherence, and quality assurance
• Contribute to the creation of new menu offerings, flavor profiles, and seasonal items
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure strict compliance with food safety regulations
• Assist with recruitment and training initiatives as the business expands
