Cofax, an expanding brand celebrated for its breakfast burritos, coffee, and distinctive atmosphere, is growing its management team. We are in search of a dependable and cooperative Assistant Café Manager to assist with the daily operations and administrative tasks at our locations.

Our Ideal Candidate Possesses:

  • Over one year of experience in the food and beverage sector; prior management experience is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • A business-oriented perspective and a willingness to work as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with inventory control and fundamental accounting, including ordering, managing vendor relations, and controlling costs.
  • Understanding of health and safety codes, with a dedication to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
  • The availability to work on weekends and holidays according to business needs.

Primary Duties:

  • Train, guide, and assist team members to encourage professional development and collaborative effort.
  • Uphold exceptional levels of customer service and hospitality.
  • Manage daily functions across our two stores and address any customer concerns.
  • Provide support at various service points or between locations as required.

Physical Demands:

  • Must be capable of standing for shifts lasting up to eight hours.
  • Must be able to regularly lift or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
