We are a landscaping firm currently seeking to fill the following positions:

Lead Gardener

Candidates must possess a valid California driver\'s license and have proficiency in both English and Spanish communication. The role requires the ability to supervise a small team or an individual worker. Ideal applicants will be capable of following instructions and functioning effectively as part of a team. Professional experience in landscaping is essential. This is a full-time role with hours from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Compensation includes payment for drive time. The wage for this position is $19 per hour.

Helpers / Ayudantes

Applicants must possess relevant work experience. We require individuals who can follow directions and demonstrate flexibility in transitioning between different work routes. This is a full-time position. The starting wage is $17.90 per hour, with the potential for adjustment based on the level of experience. The worksite is located in Thousand Oaks, while our office is based in Agoura Hills.
