Exterior Cleaning Technician Position at $22-30 per Hour (Pasadena)

Handld Home Services is currently seeking reliable and diligent technicians to become part of our expanding team. We focus on providing exterior home maintenance, including window cleaning, pressure washing, seasonal light setup, gutter maintenance, and outdoor furniture upkeep. Position Details

Service Area: Pasadena, South Pasadena, Glendale, San Marino, and La Cañada

Work Hours: Adaptable schedules from Monday through Saturday, with shifts of four hours or more

Compensation: Hourly rate between $22 and $30, based on prior experience

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform pressure washing on driveways, patios, and building exteriors
• Clean windows, including both ground-level and elevated work using ladders
• Install holiday and decorative lighting
• Safely and completely clear debris from gutter systems
• Utilize company scheduling software and document work with before-and-after photos
• Deliver excellent customer service and uphold the company\'s professional image

Desired Qualifications

• Previous experience in outdoor cleaning is beneficial but not mandatory
• Must be at ease working on ladders and in outdoor settings
• Possession of a valid driver\'s license and consistent transportation
• Successful completion of a background screening
• Demonstrated dedication and a positive approach—we provide training for technical skills
