Groundskeeper and Dog Care Position (Los Angeles)

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following. A genuine affection for dogs and the capability to manage three Labrador Retrievers is essential.

Primary tasks involve maintaining the cleanliness of the property, which consists of four units in a single location. This includes cleaning mirrors and wiping down all furniture. You will also be responsible for cleaning ceiling light fixtures and replacing any burnt-out light bulbs. Additional cleaning duties involve removing spider webs and cleaning the property\'s security cameras.

Outdoor maintenance requires blowing leaves once per day and hosing down the property grounds each morning. You will also be tasked with monitoring and managing household supply inventories.

Care for the three dogs is a core duty, encompassing daily walks and meal preparation. Possessing handyman skills is considered a significant advantage.

Requirements

• Must possess a personal vehicle for commuting to work.
• A valid driver\'s license is mandatory.
• Must be available for regular travel to New York and Pennsylvania.
