Commercial Cleaning Account Manager – Compensation ranging from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour or higher, plus additional bonuses.

Our company is a rapidly expanding provider of commercial cleaning services, primarily operating within Los Angeles County while also maintaining client accounts in Ventura County and Orange County. We are seeking a dedicated and client-oriented Account Manager to oversee accounts, conduct site visits, interact with cleaning teams, perform quality assessments, manage communications, meet potential clients, and assist with sales activities.

This position combines fieldwork with office duties and is ideal for an individual who is well-organized, dependable, and committed to diligent effort.

Prior experience in both commercial cleaning and account management is highly advantageous.

Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.

Your Responsibilities:

Quality Control & Field Duties

  • Conduct regular daily or weekly inspections of job sites to evaluate work quality.
  • Meet with cleaning crews and supervisors to clarify performance standards.
  • Provide training on correct cleaning methods as necessary.
  • Ensure all serviced locations comply with company specifications.
  • Identify and address problems promptly during site visits.
  • Deliver necessary supplies when required.
  • Assist in person during the launch of new client accounts.

Client & Account Management

  • Administer and maintain a portfolio of commercial cleaning accounts.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients via phone, text, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Handle phone inquiries courteously and respond in a timely manner.
  • Participate in meetings and walkthroughs with prospective clients.
  • Schedule and perform quality control reviews.
  • Address and resolve client issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Manage work schedules, staffing requirements, and supply inventories.
  • Prepare estimates and proposals for management approval.
  • Monitor performance data and suggest enhancements.
  • Recognize opportunities for account expansion or additional services.
  • Remain accessible for urgent client or operational matters.

Sales Support

  • Contribute to new business acquisition by meeting prospects and attending site assessments.
  • Aid the sales process through walkthroughs and providing preliminary pricing details.
  • Coordinate effectively with teams, supervisors, vendors, and company leadership.
  • Maintain orderly records, inspection reports, and client communications.
  • Adhere to established company procedures and maintain efficient workflows.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
  • Background in commercial cleaning and account management (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Diligent, reliable, and self-motivated work ethic.
  • Comfortable with frequent site visits and direct crew interaction.
  • Organized with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Must be able to travel throughout Los Angeles, Ventura, and Orange Counties.
  • Must possess reliable personal transportation (mileage expenses reimbursed).
  • Familiarity with janitorial processes, cleaning agents, equipment, and quality control practices.

Previous sales or upselling experience is beneficial.
