Job Fair Information

A live onboarding event is being held today, Sunday, November 23rd, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The purpose is to assist you in joining Bluecrew and beginning work at FN Logistics for the holiday season. You can meet the team in person, get hired quickly, and potentially start as early as Sunday night or Monday.

Location Details

The event will take place at 12418 Florence Ave, Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670. It is located in the RIM Logistics building, directly across from FN Logistics. Please enter on the south side at the corner of Bloomfield and Lakeland.

Pay Rate Structure

Compensation varies by shift and day of the week:

• Monday through Friday:
  • First Shift (5:00 AM to 1:00 PM): $18.50 per hour.
  • Second Shift (1:00 PM to 9:30 PM): $21.00 per hour.
  • Third Shift (9:00 PM to 5:30 AM): $21.50 per hour.
• Saturday and Sunday (includes a $2.00 weekend differential):
  • First Shift: $20.50 per hour.
  • Second Shift: $23.00 per hour.
  • Third Shift: $23.50 per hour.

Available Shift Options

• Full-time and part-time flexible shifts.
• Temporary-to-hire opportunities.
• Flexible start times to help with parking arrangements.

What You Need to Bring

• A fully charged cell phone, as the onboarding process is completed through the Bluecrew application.
• You must be prepared to complete I-9, E-Verify, and a background check. Most crew members are approved within 24 hours, after which you can immediately begin selecting available shifts.
