$16.50 per hour plus an additional $0.30 per mile traveled.

Position Overview

Aem-pro is seeking a driver for the delivery of automotive components from our distribution center located in Pico Rivera, California. Please note that this role requires the use of a personal vehicle, preferably one achieving a fuel efficiency of 25 miles per gallon or greater. The primary responsibility involves transporting auto parts within the local region. Compensation consists of the stated hourly wage combined with a mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must possess a small, fuel-efficient personal vehicle (25+ MPG).
• Must hold a valid state-issued Class C driver\'s license.
• Must have current and valid vehicle insurance and registration.
• Must demonstrate reliability and punctuality.
• Must be capable of comprehending instructions and be proficient with GPS navigation and electronic devices.
• Must have the physical ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds repeatedly for loading and unloading automotive parts.

Primary Responsibilities

• Navigate a predetermined GPS route to deliver small automotive parts (such as brake pads, rotors, sensors) to local repair shops.
• Operate vehicle in full compliance with all state traffic laws and safety standards.
• Ensure accurate delivery of merchandise to the correct destinations.
• Collect customer signatures upon delivery and, when necessary, process payments for delivered goods.
• Retrieve merchandise from customers with appropriate documentation for returns.
• Collect incoming merchandise from suppliers and vendors.
• Return to the primary warehouse location with any returned products and completed delivery paperwork.
