A staffing firm is currently seeking groundskeepers and porters to start work immediately at various apartment complexes. These roles are open now and may begin as temporary assignments or temporary-to-hire opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in property maintenance, hotel housekeeping, or janitorial services. Primary responsibilities for groundskeepers include maintaining overall property cleanliness, such as:

• Performing general cleaning tasks, including mopping and dusting.
• Conducting routine sweeping.
• Completing basic janitorial duties, such as restroom sanitation and property-wide trash collection.
• Upkeeping curb appeal, which involves cleaning curbs and sidewalks.
• Ensuring the cleanliness of streets, pool areas, laundry rooms, and playgrounds.
• Maintaining the area around the leasing office.
