E-Commerce Associate Needed at $20-$24 per Hour (Alhambra, CA)

About This Job

Our food facility company, based in Alhambra, California, is seeking an E-Commerce Associate with a minimum of two years of experience in processing Shopify orders.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and promptly pick, pack, and fulfill customer orders placed online.
• Prepare outbound shipments, including labeling, packaging, and coordinating with carriers.
• Maintain orderly inventory levels and replenish products as necessary.
• Help with uploading product details, images, and descriptions to the Shopify platform.
• Track incoming Shopify orders and update their fulfillment, shipping, and delivery status.
• Offer basic customer service support, such as responding to order status inquiries and resolving tracking problems.
• Ensure the work area is kept clean and adhere to all food safety and handling protocols.

Qualifications

• Previous relevant experience is beneficial, but training will be offered.
• Must be proficient with Shopify or demonstrate a quick ability to learn the system.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to order accuracy.
• Dependable, punctual, and capable of performing tasks while standing for extended periods.
• Effective communication and collaborative skills.
• Prior logistics or warehouse experience is required.

Schedule & Pay

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (overtime as required).
• Job Type: Full-time position.
• Pay: $20 to $24 per hour, depending on experience.
