Forklift Operator Position (Logistics and Shipping Firm)

Our logistics and shipping firm, situated in Pico Rivera, California, is actively seeking qualified Forklift Operators to join our team.

Schedule and Compensation

The specific work schedule will be arranged upon hiring. The offered wage will be commensurate with the candidate\'s prior experience and skill level.

Primary Duties

• Safely and productively operate forklifts and additional warehouse machinery.
• Handle the loading and unloading of cargo from trucks and shipping containers.
• Transport, stack, and systematically arrange pallets and various materials inside the warehouse facility.
• Support inventory management activities and assist in preparing orders for shipment.
• Adhere strictly to all established safety protocols and company policies.
• Carry out other general warehouse tasks as required.

Candidate Requirements

• Must possess a valid forklift certification (specific type—sit-down, stand-up, or reach—will depend on operational needs).
• Prior work experience within a logistics or freight setting is advantageous.
• Capable of lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds and thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
