Caregiver / Night Shift (Redondo Beach)

Caregiver Position Available for Night Shifts, Sunday Through Tuesday. Additional nights may also be possible, along with other potential shifts. Must be local to the area.

We are seeking a dependable and empathetic caregiver for a nightly three-hour shift. The candidate must reside locally and be available to cover other shifts as required.

About the Care Recipient

The care is for an adult male with an incomplete spinal cord injury at the C4-C5 level. Assistance is needed with the evening routine, which includes bladder and bowel care, range of motion exercises, meal preparation, light housekeeping, mobility support, and help with a walker.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Prior caregiving or Certified Nursing Assistant experience is a plus.
• Female candidates are preferred for personal care duties.
• Must be reliable, compassionate, and trustworthy.
• Non-smoker, tidy, and respectful.
• Must be located within the South Bay region.

Requirements

• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check and supply references.

Compensation

The pay rate is between $20 and $25 per hour.
