Two Day - Weekend - Live In Position: Male or Female Companion (Malibu)

We are currently looking to hire a Companion, Caregiver, and Personal Assistant for a retired celebrity dancer based in Malibu. This is a permanent, live-in role. Prior experience as a personal assistant will be considered an advantage.

The client possesses a very dominant and forceful character; the successful candidate must be capable of managing this dynamic. She is 91 years old, spirited, and highly sociable. She enjoys dining out, attending appointments, and going to entertainment venues, so you must be prepared to provide transportation.

SCHEDULE

Shift begins Saturday at 8:00 AM.
Shift concludes Monday at 8:00 AM.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing companionship.
• Driving the client to various engagements, including meals, meetings, social outings, shopping, and appointments.
• Preparing meals.
• Administering medication reminders.
• Taking her two small dogs for daily walks on the beach.
• Accompanying her to entertainment events.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of one year of professional caregiving experience.
• Demonstrated experience working with individuals who have very strong personalities.
• A valid driver\'s license, access to a reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance confirming you as a covered driver.
• Current TB test results or documentation of a recent test.
• A second form of identification from the following list: Social Security Card, US Passport, US Passport Card, Valid Permanent Resident Card, or Valid Employment Authorization Card.
