About This Opportunity

This listing is for a compensated coaching position. All PrimeSpan Coaches are required to obtain the PrimeSpan Coach Certification. This professional credential is necessary for coaching within our network—much like CPR certification, personal trainer credentials, or other professional licenses are mandated in similar industries. The certification process is finished prior to undertaking any coaching duties. Individuals interested in acquiring this required credential and transitioning into a contracted coaching position are invited to submit an application. After certification, coaches operate remotely as independent contractors (1099), determine their own working hours, and obtain client referrals via the PrimeSpan system.

Coach Responsibilities (Post-Certification)

Certified PrimeSpan Coaches deliver non-medical, non-therapeutic lifestyle and accountability guidance for clients aged 55 and above. Key duties include:

• Leading clients through scientifically-supported lifestyle routines
• Aiding in the development of habits related to movement, mindset, and daily organization
• Fostering consistency, motivation, and forward progress
• Holding virtual check-ins or coaching sessions
• Ensuring prompt communication and upholding professional boundaries
• Utilizing PrimeSpan tools for appointment scheduling, note-taking, and progress tracking
• Expanding your coaching practice according to your personal availability

Required Credential (Completed Before Start Date)

To coach with PrimeSpan, applicants must possess the PrimeSpan Coach Certification. This ensures all coaches adhere to our established standards for communication, ethical practice, and client assistance.

Certification Overview:

• Format: Online, self-directed with structured guidance
• Duration: Roughly 45 days
• Mandatory before coaching on the PrimeSpan platform

Specifics regarding the credential are provided during the initial screening phase. This certification is a mandatory prerequisite—it is not a job, internship, or training program in itself.

Earnings (After Certification)

Certified coaches generate income as independent contractors through the following avenues:

• Payment for conducted coaching sessions
• Client referral opportunities
• Optional specialized coaching pathways
• Bonuses tied to performance

Actual income will differ based on your schedule, availability, and client load. Comprehensive details about compensation are shared during the screening stage.
