Overview

Our healthcare team is looking to add a proficient and qualified Registered Nurse. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent nursing services to individuals with medical and surgical needs. This involves providing direct bedside assistance and patient instruction while working cooperatively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, develop, and execute personalized care strategies for patients.
• Safely administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapeutic interventions.
• Perform hands-on patient care duties such as wound management, intravenous therapy, and tracking vital signs.
• Instruct patients and their family members regarding health issues and care requirements after leaving the facility.
• Record all patient communications and provided treatments with precision.
• Work in concert with the healthcare team to guarantee continuous and coordinated patient care.
• Uphold a secure and aseptic setting by adhering to established infection prevention guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an accredited nursing education program.
• Possession of a current Registered Nurse license from any U.S. state or Canada is required. Support for license endorsement is offered.
• A minimum of one year of experience as a Registered Nurse is desirable.
• Demonstrated strengths in communication, organization, and a commitment to patient-focused care.
