Ballard Homes, a residential care facility for men with developmental disabilities, is seeking reliable individuals to join its team. This family-owned business has been operating for more than four decades.
Available Shifts
- Shift 1: Saturday and Sunday, 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM
- Shift 2: Sunday through Thursday, 2:00 PM to 9:30 PM
The pay rate for these positions is $19 per hour.
Additional Information
- Applicants with IHSS experience are encouraged to apply.
- No prior experience is necessary.
- Direct Support Professional (DSP) certification is preferred but not required.
- An online DSP certification course is available.
- A background check is required. Candidates who already possess a DOJ clearance number may be eligible for same-day hiring.
