Job Summary
This role involves the collection and handling of urine, hair, and oral fluid samples for drug screening. The individual will manage the communication of laboratory findings to clients and ensure the workspace remains efficient and orderly. Primary Responsibilities
- Welcome all visitors in a timely, polite, and helpful manner.
- Register visitors and confirm the accuracy and completeness of all required information.
- Help establish new client service profiles.
- Collect urine samples following Department of Transportation (DOT) standards and procedures.
- Prepare specimens and associated documentation in compliance with DOT regulations.
- Record visitor appointments and services provided.
- Adhere strictly to chain-of-custody protocols and maintain absolute confidentiality.
- Conduct Breath Alcohol Testing.
- Support DOT audit processes.
- Answer phone calls, manage logs, generate and organize files, and monitor inventory.
- Assist with random testing pool administration as required.
- Support on-site drug testing at client facilities.
- Keep current with changes in federal regulations.
Candidates must be available and willing to travel and work between our two locations: the Los Angeles office at 3412 N Eastern Avenue 90032, near Alhambra, and our Duarte office at 1755 Huntington Drive.
Education Requirements
A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience and Qualifications
Prior experience in an occupational clinical setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
Comprehensive training will be provided. Following six weeks of training, you must pass a certification exam. The exam fee is initially self-paid and will be reimbursed by the company after 180 days of consistent employment.

- Proficiency with Excel, Word, and spreadsheet applications.

- Experience with data entry into computer systems.
