Human Resources Contract Trainer (Spanish Speaking)
Duties Description
Compliance Training Group (CTG) is in search of qualified professionals for contract training roles.
We are looking for Human Resources experts with experience in delivering employee training. This includes conducting on-site, instructor-led sessions as well as live webinars for supervisors and staff. Training topics encompass areas such as Sexual Harassment Prevention, Harassment and Discrimination, Substance Abuse Awareness, Diversity and Inclusion, corrective action mandated by the EEOC, Conflict Resolution, and Ethics and Compliance.
We are also seeking Law Enforcement professionals to provide training on Substance Abuse Awareness, Violence in the Workplace, and Active Shooter Preparedness, which includes evacuation procedures, barricade drills, simulation exercises, response tactics, and de-escalation techniques.
This role is ideally suited for retired professionals or independent consultants. It is not a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week.

Requirements:

- Possession of a Professional in Human Resources certification is advantageous (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, IPMA-CP, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, IPMA-SCP, GPHR, SPHRi, PHRca).
- Employment Law Attorney background.
- Law Enforcement background (certifications such as ASIS CPP, PSP, or ATAP CTM are a plus).
- Spanish language proficiency is a PLUS.
- Must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Must be comfortable speaking before both small and large groups of employees.
- Must possess strong computer skills, including proficiency with PowerPoint, MS Teams, and Zoom.
- Must be articulate, energetic, personable, charismatic, and an effective communicator.
- Must have excellent writing and grammar skills, with a strong command of the English language (Spanish is a plus).
- Ability to travel periodically throughout the United States as needed is a PLUS.
- Must be a dynamic presenter with a positive attitude toward training and educating employees.
- A degree in a related field and/or a background in human resources, employment law, or law enforcement is a PLUS.
