YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- Previous experience in recruitment, sourcing, screening, and hiring. Experience with international recruiting is advantageous.
- A strong enthusiasm for recruitment and human resources.
- Outstanding interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, influence, facilitation, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities.
- The capacity to remain highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
- The ability to uphold strict confidentiality and discretion.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Availability to work 40 hours weekly, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time.
- A passion for contributing to a startup environment.
- An approachable and amicable personality.
- A dependable home workstation equipped with a fast computer, microphone and speakers, as well as reliable internet and power if working remotely.
YOUR DUTIES AND TASKS:
- Composing and publishing job advertisements.
- Evaluating resumes and pre-screening applicants.
- Coordinating schedules to arrange interviews and skills assessments.
- Conducting candidate interviews via Zoom.
- Administering skills tests.
- Entering, updating, and managing data within the recruitment database.
- Performing exit interviews when an employee departs the company.
- Aiding management with personnel matters and employee growth initiatives.
- Assisting management in organizing and coordinating employee training sessions.
- Planning and executing company events.
- Safeguarding operations by maintaining the confidentiality of all human resource information.
- Providing collaborative support to other members of the recruitment team.

For candidates in California, New York, Washington, and Colorado, the starting base pay for this role is between $15 and $35 per hour.
Final compensation may differ based on factors including experience, qualifications, performance on skills tests, geographic location, and the seniority level of the position offered. For positions outside of California, New York, Washington, and Colorado, compensation may fall outside the stated ranges.
