Job Description: Office Administrative and Legal Support

We are seeking a dependable Office Administrator with experience in Title, Finance, Legal, or Paralegal work. This individual will provide support to an Attorney by assisting with various tasks. The role encompasses bookkeeping duties and providing guidance to office assistants. The successful applicant will be skilled at managing priorities and working independently with minimal oversight. We require a professional who is both self-driven and dependable.

Responsibilities

  • Organize office tasks and functions to promote efficiency and adherence to company policies.
  • Oversee administrative personnel and allocate duties to optimize team performance.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and manage various forms of correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
  • Prepare and submit reports in a timely manner, and develop presentations or proposals as directed.

Required Skills

  • A background in Legal or Real Estate is highly desirable, particularly experience assisting a CEO or Attorney.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership capabilities.
  • Working knowledge of standard office management practices and fundamental accounting concepts.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management software platforms, such as ERP systems.
  • Formal secretarial training will be considered a plus.
  • A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor\'s degree in office administration or a related field is preferred.
