A thriving business law firm located in Thousand Oaks is currently seeking a full-time associate attorney. This role presents an excellent opportunity to expand and advance your legal career within a dynamic and challenging practice environment. The successful candidate will assume responsibility for active case files and must be capable of working independently with minimal oversight. Remote work arrangements are acceptable. This position requires an exclusive commitment to practicing law with our firm; external engagements, whether through a private practice or with other firms, are not permitted.

The position offers a guaranteed annual salary of $150,000, supplemented by potential bonuses tied to performance and business development contributions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of California.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in business transactional law and/or civil litigation.
  • Willingness and availability to appear in courts located within Ventura and Los Angeles counties.
  • The professional demeanor and competence to engage directly with business clients and earn their confidence.
